Methode is a good place to work. Benefits are comparable with other companies with a 3% 401k match and 3 weeks vacation.

Cons

Should expect some days will longer working hours. Working for a public company has its pros and cons. The same can be expected here.

Methode Electronics corporate office is new and modern, conveniently located near transportation hub and expressways. The company provides good work-life balance allowing work from home days. There is a gym in the building with company paid membership.

Can not think of any.
