      Pros

      This is a small company(CTI) branch of methode so less overhead in getting things done. Personel are easy to get along with and compentent.

      Cons

      Manufacturing on site may make software development difficult at times.

      Bad upper management /losing business and the quality team

      Pros

      The regular workers are a great joy to work with at this company... The Quality Team is a great asset as well as the quality manager that they had.

      Cons

      They let go of a great quality manager and have made so many deep cuts that everyone is scared ... they also have lost 75% of their sales and don't really care one ounce about their employees.
