      Pros

      Most of the IT group have many years of experience and do their job very well. Most are helpful and will help you if you stop by their desk and ask directly for help.

      Cons

      The finance team is running the IT group, which doesn't make sense. No budgets to work with. Asked for additional resources for over 2 years but never got. Many projects that would help the company globally, but couldn't complete because of lack of support and resources. Very frustrating environment. Took 18 months to find IT Director replacement, while entire department continued to drift in separate directions. Complete lack of support from upper management.
