Pros
Some great people worked there.
Cons
In October of 2017 Methode acquired the company I had worked at for over 20 years, a deal that seemed to fit the direction both companies were going. We were told it would be business as usual and that these will be exciting times for the company. Within a year the first round of layoffs started, and by Jan 2019 most of the employees were told they would be out of a job. The whole process was mishandled, from the second layoff announcements with no HR support available, to the laughable severance they were offering, especially for long term employees, to the treatment of the Management that was let go. It was disappointing to say the least. A lot of hard working, good people had to make hard choices, and that is terrible. It's too bad it ended this way.
