      Some opportunities for development, very interesting work, challenging, competitive salary, maybe not enough for Malta cost of living but yes compared to other companies in the island

      a lot of internal politics, very deshumanized, not a nice work cuture, high people turnover

      Try to correct the business line

      Cons

      Hiring and firing policy. Management didn't have any clue what they would do in the future. Didn't have a clear direction on which business they needed to pursue. When your project is over, then management reduces the number of staff.
