      Excellent opportunity to gain experience in the diversified electronics field. Awesome and varied roles in the electronics, engineering and sciences fields. Somewhat competitive salaries and mid level yet comprehensive benefits. Tier one automotive experience potential.

      Cons

      Staid, old-fashioned, lacking communication with outdated polices. Human resources, global organizational capabilities, and learning & development are not aligned to the potential future capability of this data-driven, knowledge-based electronics company. Culture and values a negative and a huge missed opportunity on rigid management & leadership.
