If you care about is money, this place is great. Everything else needs serious work.

Cons

No company culture. The management is awful. Different company divisions are disjointed and unresponsive. Stay away if you have ambition.

Profitable company with offices dispersed internationally.

Cons

Employees are not encouraged to bring behavioral issues to light. Turnover is high. Pay increases are minimal and next to impossible to get outside of the annual review process, even when a change in job duties warrants an increase. Communication from the corporate office to outlying divisions is difficult.

Pros

The regular workers are a great joy to work with at this company... The Quality Team is a great asset as well as the quality manager that they had.

Cons

They let go of a great quality manager and have made so many deep cuts that everyone is scared ... they also have lost 75% of their sales and don't really care one ounce about their employees.
