As a concerned employee of Methode, I feel compelled to address Andrea Barry’s misguided vision for transforming the company’s culture from what she has labeled the "old culture" to a "new culture." This shift has significantly contributed to the decline in stock price and the departure of key leaders. There is a clear and direct correlation between Andrea’s actions and the current state of our company. Many senior leaders and Executives who were instrumental in our past successes have been pushed out, leaving a substantial void in our operational capabilities. The repercussions of this transformation are evident, as we face widespread issues and quality problems across all operations, clearly reflected in our stock price. As someone invested in the future of Methode, I believe it is imperative to reverse this damaging cultural shift before it is too late. Restoring the values and practices that fostered our previous success is essential for regaining stability and confidence among employees, customers, and stakeholders
