Worst management in the town. If you ever want to learn about new technology or be innovative , don’t join this place. Methode is good to buy different companies where they have no expertise and run those companies to ground. Upper management is the most insensitive and least transparent people in any big org. They only care about their paycheck and bonus and leave all the employees dry. Management will fire the high performing employees without a second thought and keep others still in the company. HR will get away from everything. No employee opinion or feedback. Called employees back to work during covid eve though the WFH efficiency was good.
