Pros

Some people are good to work with. Men no longer have to wear ties.

Cons

Despite strong warnings from the governor, IDPH, CDC, and WHO Methode required all desk jockeys to return to the office as the pandemic hits record levels in November 2020 From April through December 2020 US employees accrued no vacation. Why did the Europeans? The law requires it. Why do we get 5 sick days per year? It's the minimum required by law. Moral of the story: if the law lets you abuse your employees, do it.

The safety and health of our employees has always been, and will continue to be, a top priority. Methode is committed to managing the risks of COVID-19 and adjusting our work practices to ensure a safe work environment. In March, due to the rapid spread of the pandemic, office-based employees were directed to work from home. Since then we have actively monitored CDC and government guidelines, invested in safety equipment such as masks and sanitizer, as well as implemented safety measures like health screening questionnaires and temperature checks. In September through early November, with these safety precautions in place, we asked teams to return to the office a couple days a week on a rotating basis. The increased concerns about a COVID-19 spike in mid-November prompted a shift to working from home again. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 guidance so that we can have employees safely return to the office when appropriate.

Pros

Weekly Paycheck, benefits are good, when they don't take them away.

Cons

The only positive reviews for Methode are because they individually reach out current employees to put in a review, and those are terrified to write the truth. If they acquire your company stand buy to be laid off, or worked so hard that you want to quit! Layoff seem to happen every 6 months or so with no reasoning as to who they choose to get rid of apart from salaries and there is someone cheaper in Mexico or India that can do your job . This company is driven by cost and money only. Employees are driven only by fear.
