5yThe safety and health of our employees has always been, and will continue to be, a top priority. Methode is committed to managing the risks of COVID-19 and adjusting our work practices to ensure a safe work environment. In March, due to the rapid spread of the pandemic, office-based employees were directed to work from home. Since then we have actively monitored CDC and government guidelines, invested in safety equipment such as masks and sanitizer, as well as implemented safety measures like health screening questionnaires and temperature checks. In September through early November, with these safety precautions in place, we asked teams to return to the office a couple days a week on a rotating basis. The increased concerns about a COVID-19 spike in mid-November prompted a shift to working from home again. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 guidance so that we can have employees safely return to the office when appropriate.
