      Pros

      You become part of a "bigger" community. Opportunity for growth and learning. Working for a bigger and branded company comes with a lot of perks. The Vitality Program is offered.

      Cons

      Health care costs are a little high, but can be offset by your participation in the Vitality Program and how much you want to put into it.

      Nee management is working hard to turn things around

      Pros

      Benefit and medical insurance better than industry standard. Pay was competitive. Methode under the hard work of the new management will see a strong come back in 2026

      Cons

      Morale has been low. Frontline employees resources not enough .
