      Pros

      The corporate office moved in 2018 and is modern with amenities for the employees such as a Starbuck coffee machine, pool table, pinball machine, and private 'comfort room' if you just need a few minutes to decompress. Current work environment is hybrid with 3 days in the office and two days at home for most employees. Nice working environment that provides a good job/life balance.

      Cons

      The CEO retired this year and his replacement resigned after only 90 days. Both the CFO and CEO positions are currently held by members of an outside restructuring firm. More time is required before approving or disapproving of Kevin Nystrom's role as interim CEO

      Pros

      Decent pay. Opportunities to work on many different projects.

      Cons

      Awful management that is extremely disconnected from reality. You will be loaded with 2-3x the amount of work versus industry standards and expected to deliver in half the time. Prepare to work weekends and holidays.
