It depends on the manager if he a good man you will learn and love the company if the manager is very bad ( as samaya always hires bad manager and principals with bad mentality which that change the engineers from loving to work and want to produce more and more especially if they fresh graduated to be a lazy and wants to left the company ASAP , it’s a toxic place and people
Cons
You can use it as a start company rather than stay at home but don’t let it effect on you health
