      If there is an advantage it would be only the Automotive indusrty and the valued experience

      Cons

      HR presents only for deductions 1 minute early punch means about 3 days deduction No prayers corner No benefits at all Low salaries

      you will learn a lot , if there was anything good about it , is that the location of the factory is not really far and in a decent area.

      Cons

      you will get no money , social life is non existent , worst transportation , worst work environment , no HR , deduction of up to 3 days for a 1 min late punch , no medical care , medical insurance is useless , no rights , no life , no overtime , no compensation , extremely toxic colleges , worst managers on the planet , u only live to serve , one man rule family business policy.

      Was very free to choose which path to take to complete my tasks Central location

      Cons

      Critical infrastructure is incredibly old Offices do need a renovation Dealing with HR is hit and miss, sometimes being incredibly helpful and sometimes very rude and disheartening, depending on who you’re interacting with
