Metro One is one of the well reputed and highly regarded Security/ Loss prevention services group. Metro One is providing services to several international retail leaders in the world including Walmart, Home Depot and H&M fashion stores.

Cons

Metro One should work for betterment of their employees and shall negotiate with those customers who are paying minimum pay rate of 8.75$ hourly.

Steady company with lots of accounts, good training, weekends off, no micro management, on the rare occasion a bonus, easy work

Cons

it's not a career, it's a job, lots of family favoritism and politics to the point it's border line toxic, no raises, no career advancement, mismatched job titles, payroll is a mess which causes a lot of employees to become angry, work most holidays
