The Sora certification is free.

Cons

Always calling you for more locations and have to travel alot for this job. Not good if you dont have a car.

Compared to other security openings Metro pays a bit more in the area.

Cons

- They take away original hours after asking someone to cover dark hours to prevent OT - You have to search for HR information which there are 4 different numbers only one answers - They company only give last 1 minute “grace” period - Available PTO was moved from 3 months to 6 months but they do not tell how much you will receive once it is available - Benefits are horrible they lead with “well we pay more”

Not many pros for this company. It is a mans world and they let you know. They try to make you fear them. High Insurance, 401k no match, low time off, work holidays,

Cons

Different rules for men then for women. Run with an iron fist. No direction, no communication. Everyday they change policy. No collaboration. No raises, no feedback, no reviews, no structure, no nothing. I've been in meeting where they curse and yell, so unprofessional. When the only communication is to vote for a restaurant that is company owned.
