-Amazing work life balance, -Pay rate for the work entailed is very reasonable if not more than adequate, -Explanations and details of duty are well explained and straight forward, -Employee portal is easily manageable and contains everything one needs to conduct any action work related. -Great work schedule.

Cons

-At times there exist very poor leadership communication starting atop of site supervisor.

Pros

Management is on point. They care, and they show it. I've had site visits to show support, and they adjust to employee needs, whether it's time off, new uniforms, more hours, or shorter hours. It's a two way street & they get it. Highest paying guard jobs I've ever had.
