Pros

Manager is equitable and really is a coach and advocate for every employee that is diligent at their job. Consistent weekly hours with flexibility when needed. Great experience to either begin a career in security or to simply work part time. Has a great system of operations that fosters teamwork, diligence, equity, accountability, trust, and transparency amongst employees, site managers, and upper management. I've enjoyed it here and we've had a very low turnover rate with employees working here long term.

Sometimes available hours are limited depending on the season, but the manager is always equitable with everyone and trying to get you extra hours whenever he can.

Free uniforms and plenty of hours to go around, management is understanding and flexible. will reimburse you if you undergo fireguard training.

Cons

No benefits to speak of.

Pros

Literally you just get paid to stand around in a suit. Not sure how anyone could mess this up unless you just don't show for your assignment. Great especially if you enjoy people watching. Just be in good enough shape to stand 8 hours and stay attentive. Not hard. Way easier than any job I've ever had.

Cons

When people don't show up to relieve you, you are required to wait for them to come in, even though they are the ones who are late. You are given set hours before. How do you just not show up on time and keep your job?
