good for people that are fresh in the loss prevention field

Cons

the guys that make the schedule are the worst part of the job they dont care about there employees as long as they have a big head count they'll toss you aside as they please.

Steady company with lots of accounts, good training, weekends off, no micro management, on the rare occasion a bonus, easy work

Cons

it's not a career, it's a job, lots of family favoritism and politics to the point it's border line toxic, no raises, no career advancement, mismatched job titles, payroll is a mess which causes a lot of employees to become angry, work most holidays
