Bullies rather than leads - choose another health plan

Pros

If you demonstrate you're gullible and keep your mouth shut, you can do well, and if you don't have any goals or strong education and experience, you'll survive

Cons

Unfit leadership, Bizarre behaviors from CEO, CMO, Sr. Leaders, etc. Inappropriate leadership that bullies, very delusional and lies to make themselves look, 'powerful' as a compensation for lagging in the industry, very strong possibilities of neglect and/or fraud, claiming they have much higher members than they do, look at all the poor reviews and dissatisfaction, yet they are number one or two... quite suspicious. Very low standards.

It's a city job so you have great benefits

Cons

Nobody is on the same page. You ask the same question to 5 people and you will get 5 different answers. Some managers are also very petty and two faced.

Pros

No pros for this company

Cons

I was told before I left my former employer that accepting a position here was a bad move, I should have listened. Too much nepotism. HR is very shady and prevents qualified employees to join the organization due to their own personal agenda. Hiring managers can only do but so much and you are ignored. Too many internal rivalries among departments. Low morale Upper management prodded to leave positive reviews on job websites to offset the negative.
