Poor Quality of senior level managers for Quality Management Department

Enjoys NYC benefits which are great.

Cons

Ill qualified top management leads to poor objectivity with running the department and hiring down the line. The mentality with senior quality management is "hire someone that will watch my back and be loyal at all costs and as such over and over again hiring ill qualified persons". The result is a long line of unqualified people and very poor products and remarkable turnover.

Absolutely less than ZERO , NONE , NOT A SINGLE ONE.

Cons

This is bar far the most disorganized, dysfunctional, unprofessional, clueless organization I have ever seen or unfortunately had to be a part of. The problem Starts at the C level where it stinks the worst, then eminent's down from there. If they we not given money by the state they would have been shut down 10 yrs ago, but don't worry with the repeal of the ACA it's coming soon. For the love of everything holy , STAY AWAY

MetroPlus is a company that cares about its employees and its customers. The leadership works well together and is always looking out to improve the organization. My supervisor and colleagues are very encouraging and appreciative.

There is sometimes red tape to overcome because of being owned by a city agency
