      Technical workers are chill and the products are cool.

      Cons

      No vision from management, no team lead, no proper timelines, barely any merit based raises and promotions in the entire company after many years.

      Small team that allows one to work on a vast variety of projects and scope. Great for experimenting in the field to see what you like most.

      Cons

      Upper management at the Metrohm Raman location is lackluster and even aggressive towards employees at times. Funding is extremely low and raises or bonuses are entirely unheard of. Company moral is poor.
