      Terrible Pay - Good Instrumentation - Work More Culture

      Pros

      A good place to gain experience for a relatively young career. You create your own work schedule which is important. The scientific instrumentation is manufactured very very well.

      Cons

      Terrible overall pay. They lowball you on salary and pay 0.5 for overtime while dangling a promotion year after year. Territories are too large and do not have enough employees.
