Very competent and caring senior leadership team, genuine customer and employee focus, great products, excellent services, successful business operations with consistent growth in volume and market share.

Cons

None that I noticed. It was an amazingly pleasant work environment. Management always has an ear open to customer and employee feedback and is eager to continually improve in all areas.
