Good working environment. Pay is fair for the market. Normal work schedule is weekdays and working weekends is a rare event.

Cons

There are not any cons that you wouldn't find at any company. Career opportunities are limited but it's a smaller company.

Poor work life balance. When I was with this company I had to do a lot of overnight trips away from my family.
