Avoid This Company Like The Plague

Pros

Long-suffering non-management level employees have kept this place going for ages.

Cons

The pay is extremely low for the industry, and training is practically non-existent. The managers and supervisors seem to be good only for meetings, metrics and self-promotion, very little actual management ability. Continuous feuds between departments and field. Ownership is extremely cheap with the technology they purchase, which has resulted in poor & unreliable service to the poor customers, whom the company claims to 'serve with passion'.

Pros

Take home vehicle, get a gas card , they supply tools, 1 hour lunch. It's a great job for a single man and has no problem working lots of hours

Cons

This job was great till they changed to four 10 hour days and merged markets. Have no time to do any thing when you get off of work. They also just added GPS to the vans so they know where you are 24/7 and it monitor your speed.

Pros

benefits are nice and cost is reasonable 401k matching insurance starts after first full month very good internet speeds (fiber)

Cons

upper management changes direction 2-5/year wait time of two weeks for installations is the accepted norm, mgmt feels product is so good everyone will be happy to wait. The actual time for installations could be a month when backed up. Charge backs on commission upto four months. lowest base salary in industry no pay raises for direct sales for last 7 yrs. training has been non existent since beginning, not much better now. exorbitant pricing on television. very poor retention for key positions (never enough installers) no advancement in direct sales or retail.
