They loan you a truck and tools for the job. Decent benefits.

Cons

Low pay compared to the national average for similar roles They say they have a great work culture and have corporate employees call you to act like they give a crap about you. When in reality it just seems like they are going through the motions. Horrible dispatch that doesn't care of you have time for a job... They will just throw it on you and if your late it shows up on your score card. They will send you out into the field wether or not you have been trained completely and expect you to know everything. If you need a day off and don't have pto they ”strongly discouraged" that. Which means you can't have a day off unless it's on their terms aka a wage slave.

Pros

Good place if you don’t want to do anything. “Not my job” seems to be a common thing.

Cons

If your company is purchased from MetroNet, run don’t walk away from here. Most of what they tell you when you are purchased is bs. People have been let go even though they are promised a year of employment, MetroNet is oblivious to how your company operates, and make changes that create chaos and inefficiency.

Pros

The technology and tools they have at their disposal was impressive. Techs typically had everything they needed or more than they needed. Vehicles were top notch if not brand new, totally workable.

Cons

This company will grind you into the ground. There is no room for someone who does not wish to be used and abused. This company is being built to sell and only the top tier will benefit.
