Problem with Upper Management

Pros

Varied workload. You have opportunities to break up the day with office tasks, rather than sit on a phone all day. Opportunities given to work on special projects.

Cons

Upper management makes questionable decisions. Issues with legal troubles from bad contractor hires. Techs aren't paid nearly well enough. Has a few commission based agents that don't focus on customer

Pros

Most folks were great to work with The 401k was the best I had ever seen Decent equipment to work with

Cons

Manager had no clue how to be a manager Most folks hated the path the company was taking Laptops and desktops were ALL refurbs, even some of the datacenter equipment. They had no problem with buying things from eBay to run in a production environment Seemed to me and others the company was growing fast in order to be bought.

Pros

Not much is good about working for this company besides I worked remote.

Cons

No flexible hours, supervisors are not helpful, they don't want to deal with disgruntled customers, and they have the worst API, and have a convoluted mess of servers. Their systems are always glitching. On top of that customers are the worst. When you first start they say oh the customers are great but no the customers are horrible. They are rude, will cuss you out and try get you fired. (That's how I got fired, a Karen that had her panties in a bunch because she wasn't educated on how wifi works) Their automated system is a joke, that has a one-sized fits all solution for every customer that calls the automated system. My supervisor barely had 1:1 meetings so it seemed like I was going to get fired for a while they just needed an excuse. The benefits are mediocre. Took way too much out of my check for insurance, it doesn't even cover for armor thyroid.
