      Pros

      They were nice the first week...all down hill from there.

      Cons

      They lie to everyone Whatever they have to do to cover their butts even if it makes everyone else the scape goat. There is nobody to go to in the company for help because they only care about the corporate office. Say anything and you will find your days numbered. Worst company ever!

      Pros

      Set my own schedule, made a difference in people's lives by advocating for them to management, made the world a little less toxic while doing so. Great health insurance plan and retirement.

      Cons

      No Training No Support Lots of Mouth Service Only in it for the money Expect to be lied to and taken advantage of by direct superiors Buildings haven't been well maintained over the years Low standards for tenants Always thinking short-term High Turn over rate (4 different managers in just 2 years)

      Pay sucks, management is a joke, illegal practices, bullies, no knowledge of any housing laws.
