Watching your manager get laid off right before Christmas, and being replaced by one who is completely inept at working a copier, let alone managing a building. Being nearly assaulted by another employee because they were actually made to do their job (though corporate made him work on a sick day which is protected by SOCR) and then being talked down to by management because I reported the violent behavior. Being told by corporate to lie about how many vacants there were, lie about mold, lie about bedbugs, and not to believe the “lying tenants” and try to maintain a 96% occupancy rate when units have been stale for several months due to problems.
