Executive Leadership is Poor

Pros

Used to be a very successful company and paid out bonus every year, with COVID business has dropped up to 90% and will not recover for several years.

Cons

Executive leadership is openly discriminatory towards women, minorities and especially women with families. There isn't a single person in HR that is willing to challenge leadership so there isn't anyone to go to with concerns. Very "old school" mentality around workplace flexibility. My team had 8 people leave in not even a year because of this. Most of the leadership is tenured and very resistant to innovation and doesn't hold people accountable because they've "been here forever". This company completely lacks diversity and isn't doing anything about it. The company is over 90% white men over 50.

Pros

When MFI merges with Bob Evans, they took very good care of everyone who either opted out of relocating or had their role eliminated. Honest people and good culture.

Cons

Was a “butts in seats” environment, and often felt like attendance was being taken. Arrival and departure times were a point of interest for senior leadership.
