Depending on your Senior OD and Operating Director (OD)
Pros
Your experience at Page is very, very dependent on team and your Senior Operating Director and Operating Director. If you have a good one, then you get: lots of support, being really understood and having a boss who understands your strengths and works with these. You are trusted, feel secure to be yourself and can therefore deliver deliver great results. There is a lot spoken about at Page about diversity in every sense, race, religion, family background, if you are neuro diverse, mental health etc. If you have a good Senior OD and OD this is very real and fair. Cons
If you don’t get then above, then there is a total lack of understanding by management and as such there is micro management, and as far as bullying. Indeed some of the absolutely most successful teams have a culture of bullying. If your personality doesn't quite fit you will not be accepted, viewed as odd and in many cases pretty much pushed out. They don’t live the company values you are constantly told that the company has that I highlighted above. There is an increadibly cliquée culture that has developed more recently. And again if you don’t fit into this, it isn’t a good experience. No understanding that everyone is different and needs different support but that we have strengths in order to succeed. So it is very much a company do two halves is my view. Join the team you join carefully and always ask about turnover. Any sense it is high and don’t join!
