Pros

Cool building and nice office space

Cons

One of the worst experiences ever! Trying to get out of this living nightmare because the role is nothing like they sell it on. You barely make any money and are in the office from 8-7 on a good day. It's ridiculous and there's no work life balance. Upper management is incompetent and the hiring managers are ruthless, cutting down people and only trying to hire a staff of the same people. It's an office full of no diversity unless you count the managers.

We continue to improve based on feedback from our employee engagement surveys and firmly believe in a high performance, high trust environment that focuses on output rather than the hours that people work. Regarding your time at PageGroup, I invite you to contact me directly to discuss your concerns in the hope that we can improve the experience moving forward. Thank you, Richard Vickers, Regional Managing Director. +1 212-672-6955

Pros

Great training, learning the business like you never would before. If your brand like I was great entry level job.

Cons

Zero work life balance, no matter what they say 8am-6:30pm everyday minimum, Outdated methods of recruiting. Management thinks spamming resumes is somehow sales. Frat style environment, no one making real money unless you want to stay here for a decade. Comp plan is horrible.

Pros

This company sells you the promised land- where if you work hard, you can climb to the top. This is absolutely untrue and unjust to inform potential candidates/clients on false pretenses. The longest employee in this office is 4 years- and there is a reason why. It is literally the worst place to work.

Cons

This office IS politcal. Regardless of your work ethic, it is unlikely you will succeed- hence why over 70% of the staff has left since a new MD joined the office. It is an expectation that you MUST stay and work late- 8am to 7pm. If you leave early, or even take a long bathroom break, be prepared to supply an explanation. Comp structure is terrible- unless you want to be 30 years old making $70K, working 12 hrs/day and hating your life. The Boston office is doing so poorly and management is so bad that you are not allowed to leave the office without justifying why in $$$. No one ever leaves the desk to visit a client or meet a candidate because they are SO paranoid you are out interviewing. It is an EXPECTATION that you are chained to your desk everyday and at a call center during 8am to 7pm.
