Competitive salaries and benefits ... The only way they retain employees. Some of the team really care about the work and members.

Cons

Where to start? It's a cult. No individuality or diversity of thought/ideas allowed. Treat everyone, including experienced management, as if they are first time junior employees punching a time lock. The number of hours worked, compliance with ridiculous policies like incredibly restrictive dress code regardless of role, and other expectations are more important than what you can bring to your role and the company. Micromanagement at all levels including the CEO. I could go on and on.

Overtime and good place to start learning about basic banking.

Cons

Senior management shows no loyalty behind all their posturing about how great it is to work there and there is nothing to worry about, when you have everything to worry about. In the end, no time for family and they expect you to work all the time.

Pay is decent, overtime, good benefits, rewarding to help members, CEO is awesome

You start with training, you get all excited about this amazing place you are now working, me personally I thought the culture, the CEO, the whole HR team was amazing, then you get on the floor....you are thrown every which way, training is absolutely HORRIBLE, they sit you with people who don't even want to TRAIN you, then when you are with someone who does want to train you they don't gibe amp enough of time because it is SO busy and they are micro managing every second of their day. I feel bad for the members. Some of our policies don't even make sense to me, so it is hard to make the policy make sense to them. Why do all our members have SUCH a problem with the mobile app? Yet, "There is nothing wrong". THEY DO NOT HIRE WITHIN. It is CRAZY.
