Competitive salaries and benefits ... The only way they retain employees. Some of the team really care about the work and members.
Cons
Where to start? It's a cult. No individuality or diversity of thought/ideas allowed. Treat everyone, including experienced management, as if they are first time junior employees punching a time lock. The number of hours worked, compliance with ridiculous policies like incredibly restrictive dress code regardless of role, and other expectations are more important than what you can bring to your role and the company. Micromanagement at all levels including the CEO. I could go on and on.
