We appreciate your feedback regarding commission opportunities and onsite pet policies. At MSUFCU, we are dedicated to offering a fair, flexible, and competitive compensation program, complemented by initiatives that recognize and reward performance, in addition to comprehensive benefit offerings. A commission structure rewards performance, but incentivizing services this way is not aligned with our members' best interests. Our compensation strategy balances employee support with our mission, and we’re proud of the total rewards package we offer to our employees for their exceptional work. We’d also like to highlight that service animals are welcomed. If an employee requires accommodation due to a special need, they are encouraged to work with our Human Resources team.
