Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience at Micro Center, I agree that we have a great commission model, and our sales associates have the opportunity to unlimited earnings through our commission-based sales model. The average sales associate at the store in Duluth earns 25.55 an hour. Our company culture and great leadership team are the foundation of the success of our associates. A great employee experience translates to a world-class customer experience which is a win for everyone. There are times when the customer can be trying. Our managers constantly receive training and are available to support our associates in the event of poor customer interactions. The store in Marietta was opened in 1988 and was the first Micro Center location outside of Columbus. That being said the Marrietaa store continues to grow and serve the community with its world-class customer service.
