      Pros

      Decent salary, ability to work from home, flexibility. Some management willing to hear from employees (unfortunately, not many). That's about it.

      Cons

      At the time, lots of political infighting, lack of clear and cohesive direction for company. And the worst manager I ever had. Ever.
