Pros
Working out of home office a standard practice. You are not over managed,they pretty much let you fend for yourself. I worked with great sales people, who new what they were doing.
Cons
Layoffs are common. I made quota and got laid off. Corporate culture is very focused on past accomplishments and product management rules by opinion. They provide little or no education on the products so you have to get up to speed on your own.
