      Great technology Generally friendly people They don't Micro Manage

      Cons

      Very Little Training - best if you came prepared A little cheap - had to pay for my own phone service if I did not want a Blackberry (only one example) Customers seen mostly as place to harvest revenue

      -Micromanagement, immaturity, unclear job's duties - Blame "scapegoat" culture - Fail to create clear direction and misrepresent the truth - Political environment - Weak human resource - Failure to understand and communicate what you are selling.
