      Salary is okay, sufficient PTO, decent holidays, stock purchase plan is reasonable.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, incompetent management, procedures practically nonexistent, dated technology, health insurance is terrible.

      I guess pay is average. And days off are consecutive

      Toxic environment. Supervisors start drama and talk mad crap behind your back but they never wanna work.

      Employee Stock Unit (allowing employee to purchase stock at cheaper price with 10-15 % discount)

      Cons

      Pressure from leadership to meet the quarterly goal. Missing bonus / merit increase multiple times a year. Leadership only thinks about cutting cost which makes everyday life hard at Microchip. At some point they decided to remove the coffee / tea to save few cents. Really cheap and not appreciative of their employees
