Pros

Good benefits, relaxed environment, new casual dress code, competitive leave policy, local.

Cons

Low pay, productivity-driven, limited opportunity for advancement, lots of office politics, so, SO much nepotism. Instead of encouraging employees or even paying them more, compensation is kept within the predetermined pay range for their grade. Have a stellar year? Here’s a 2% raise. Can’t give them more lest they max out of their grade’s pay level in the next decade. But what is the cost to their self-esteem?

Pros

Employer matches 401k contributions, plenty of room for growth IF you are an aggressive salesperson.

Cons

Management and corporate only view the tellers as salespeople. Hard work, a regularly balanced cash drawer and more than satisfied customers (even with e-mails to the management) mean absolutely nothing to them if you are not aggressively harassing EVERY SINGLE customer in order to meet unrealistic sales goals.

Pros

Family run, family friendly, meritocracy but also a bit of a good 'ol boy system that promotes women to ONLY appear balanced. Very few minority promotions.

Cons

Can be tough to manage through the clicky culture with management changing direction often and requesting endless reviews of created documents.
