Pros

Stable/consistent job Good if you like very organized work Clear expectations for daily work My direct supervisor was good, and there are several good employees

Cons

Everything you do in a day has to be logged and earns you "task time" to measure productivity, but the value for tasks doesn't always accurately reflect time needed, and the actual logging process takes a significant amount of time Pay is below the low end of market average for banking operations. You can get raises at mid year and end of year, but you are competing with all the other operations employees for a cut from a predetermined amount of money, instead of getting a raise on your own merit. Required to show up in even extreme weather, very reluctant to allow work from home unless you were sick Turnover was pretty high; people seemed to frequently leave for a better paying job, which contributed to a constant level of being understaffed or under trained One member of upper management has specifically contributed to the departure of experienced employees due to aggressive behavior that has been reported to HR and higher management, but no actions seem to be taken to reduce hostility Dress code seems really conservative/outdated, especially since none of the people in my building were around executives or customers
