Pros

- Stability and decent benefits. - Moderate work/life balance. - 6% 401k match after 5 years. You won't get rich, but will definitely keep a job. Longevity is not a benefit here, most come to get training and leave for hire paying jobs. Those who stay are not paid competitively and therefore don't benefit from their commitment to the company.

Cons

There appears be a huge difference in promotability and pay between cultures. From what I have noticed, they hire persons of color, but after 10-20-30 years most have only promoted into lead / senior type roles, rarely into officer level positions. Those roles are typically given to non-minorities within their first 1-5 years with the company. Your work experience / recognition largely depends on the department/manager - not necessarily your work product or work ethic.

Pros

Flexible work location and hours for my position

Cons

Too many to mention. Bad culture from leadership down. Lack of support for position. Feedback from management was issued without development plan to improve situation. Terrible benefits, including vacation, 401K, and medical/dental.

Pros

•Salary is manageable •There are employee benefits •They are covid conscious (although you are still spaced pretty close)

Cons

•Managers gossip from their cubicles about previous employees and current. You can hear them even though they whisper bc the close proximity. •The lower level employees are great, but there is rarely direct feedback. Policy changes and most discussions are all done via email. Even if you aren't attached you're somehow expected to know. •Managing is mostly done by the lower level trainers. While the managers meet with you once a month to go over your performance on your program that they probably have no clue about.
