Pros

Good benefits, depending on your department there are some excellent career paths. Nice people and a family environment where you can grow

Cons

Formulaic raise once a year, no bonus. Too much bureaucracy and documentation. A lot of boring, fat people. Stagnant after a while. Lack of communication. Hard to get rid of ineffective vps

Pros

Benefits, nice branches and decent pay.

Cons

Very inconsistent, lots of drama in all levels of management. The worse part is how they handle issues. Management uses the ivory tower approach and doesn't talk to the lower line of employees. They play favorites to certain employees. Rumors and gossip are assumed to be the truth with out finding out what really happened. What ever happened to, there are two sides to a story? The sales expectations were unfair and impossible to reach in my position. No help was given, just lip service. Most of their employees are looking for another job.

Pros

For customers, it is a very good bank. Good hours, great locations, and really nice product offerings. Customer Appreciation Day every single Thursday.

Cons

Absolutely the worst management team I have ever seen in my life. Senior level down demonstrates no collaborative team efforts, nor engages in honest communication. Very veiled in their coaching of individuals and ultimately in in for the better good of themselves. Absentee regional management who is rarely on calls to hear our success stories.
