Pros

No pros this place is trash

Cons

The company shows clear favoritism, which affects everything from scheduling to opportunities for growth. There’s no flexibility, and communication is poor across the board. The billing department is especially troubling not only is it disorganized, but it also shows little concern for patient care, which reflects badly on the company as a whole. Raises are basically nonexistent, and there’s no real training or support, so you’re thrown into the job without guidance. While the company labels itself as a startup, it operates exactly like one that’s stuck there’s no progress or direction, and benefits like unlimited PTO were given, then quietly taken away. Unless you’re one of the favorites, expect to feel unsupported and stagnant in your role. I strongly advise anyone applying to be aware of what they’re walking into.

Pros

Creative Environment Interesting Co-workers Good Atmosphere for a growing and scaling company Great leadership team

Cons

Decision paralysis People work remotely and from the office, which can be weird because there is definitely a bias towards working in palo alto too many contractors coming in and out
