Very collaborative culture and team environment. In general, employees are eager to help if you have a question.

Cons

Pay is terrible and many complaints have been escalated to leadership. Nothing has been done to address this issue despite it being brought up multiple times. High employee turnover as you are expected to perform in a high stress, competitive culture .
