What goes on behind the glass is shocking. Controlling owners, backstabbing senior staff, so many cliques and gossip you’d think you were back in high school. Zero mentoring. Owners won’t look you in the eye or say hello rarely if ever. Same with all their kids. Huge turnover. Owner has lost his passion for this once thriving business.

Total lack of follow-through on anything, company goes a new direction every three or four years because owner doesn't allow any manager to do their job. Low morale, seem like everyone is looking for another job.
