Pros

A lot of overtime if you want it.

Cons

From office management to field supervisors, everyone only cares about covering their own backside. Waited over a month, twice for material to be ordered by purchasing manager and delivered to job site. Not specialty items mind you, everyday pipe and fittings that I would be able to get same day if I ordered myself. Then being questioned by management why production isn’t being met. Numerous times I was asked to go get job sites back on track, because they made individuals foreman of projects who had no business being promoted and in over their head, I’m sure they had no office support. I’ve never seen so many people leave a company in such a short time period. Total disconnect from office to field workers. Office personnel acts like we’re there to make them money, they’ll get around to doing whatever they need done when it’s suitable for them.

Pros

Good pay, tons of hours. The employees in the field are great guys and gals.

Cons

They don't care about the people in the field. You can work very hard, but they will throw you under the bus in a heart beat. Material is a nightmare to get on site, and even harder to keep on site. Lack of communication between Project Supervisors and budgeting department.
