      Pros

      I've worked at Miller Environmental Group for over 31 years. I began as a Compliance Officer and held many challenging positions up to Senior Vice President. In all my years of service, I was never asked to not cash my weekly paycheck. It's hard work, and very rewarding.

      Pros

      Flexibility to develop in your position. Recognition for a job well done.

      Cons

      Inconsistent management. Rules & policies seem to change from moment to moment (not enforced same way for all). Little consideration for home life. Basis for pay rates change to benefit of company as far as who gets assigned to what jobs. Turnover seems very high. Owner consistently misled by upper management to cover shortcomings.
