      CEO is a thief funneling cash to herself. Avoid this trash company like the plague.

      Pros

      Direct managers care about their team and their work Most coworkers are fantastic people

      Cons

      Profits are placed above people Decisions are made by millionaire CEO and board members to cater to shareholders without thought of how decisions will impact the thousands of employees who are overworked and only make an average of $44,000/year. While direct managers care they are powerless and kept in the dark on many major decisions that directly impacted their teams and are left to clean up the mess and try to make sense of the chaos. Departments are so siloed (ie "sorry, not my job" mentality) that nothing gets done efficiently and change management is non-existent.

      Digital Team is great.. but everyone is confused.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO. The digital/technology team has the best culture, leadership and organization out of all the departments. Good job security within the company.

      Cons

      Ever since the acquisition of Knoll, there has been poor vision and unclear strategy for senior leadership on the Retail side. Retail team is clearly lacking resources and strategy and those team members are low in morale. CEO is clearly unempathetic towards non-senior employees and out of touch.
